Return Policy

At Ari Nicole & Co, we strive to create the best online shopping experience. We are more than happy to issue a store credit that may be used on a future purchase if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase. 

You have (7) days from the date you receive the merchandise to return the item(s) for a store credit. A store credit will only be issued if the item is received in its original, unworn, unaltered condition, and with tags attached (shoe boxes must also be in original condition). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for all shipping cost associated with the return.

If an item happens to be damaged or defective, you must report it to us within (5) days from the delivery date stated within the carriers tracking page. Any damaged or defective items reported after the (5) days will not be accepted. For damaged and defective items, you must also attach photos of damages to the report. Once we approve the damaged/defective item for return, we will send you a return label and you will receive your store credit once we have the package at our facility. Please email photos to sales@shoparinicole.com. 

ALL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, BAGS, JEWELRY, SWIMWEAR, and items purchased with PROMO CODES are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds will be given for any reason.
